If you had the opportunity to powder coat the stock 17s...would you do it? I have a dark slate 3.5 coupe and I work for a chopper company that gets a lot of stuff powder coated. Just wondering if it would be worth it and if they would even look good powder coated black or something. Any opinions would help.

Haha..we get so much stuff done there I don't think my referrals would even make a dent...but it would be a good idea otherwise.

I like the stock 3.5 rims. If they were polished and clearcoated they would be perfect! It wouldn't be cost effective, I have seen some powdercoated that ALMOST looked like polished gunmetal..Hmmm

Hey Tommy 314:

When you get it done, don't forget to post pictures! I really wanna see how it looks. I'm thinking about getting my stock wheels powder coated as well. Figured why not, since I got a hookup, so it'll be really cheap.

Haha. Damn it. Didn't notice that. Thanks man, or I'd die waiting.
