potential new 350z owner

Hey guys,

I'm looking at some older 350z's (my price range is under 13k). My question is when do they start to fall apart? Am I facing a lot of trouble if I buy one with 70-90k milage? I'm a little antsy about Nissan's prior to 06/07.
