Potential Buy Need Help

Hey all thinking about getting this shell found on craigs asked for some more pics from the seller and received some concerning pics you guys think this rust is repairable

first pic looks like surface rust, which could be repaired, but it looks like there is more than we can see.. second pic looks like it is on the exhaust, but if there is that amount of rust on the two pictures he sent, i would be concerned with the car.

IMO i say no way lol but that's an opinion..I'm sure you can find a better shell. ..and he is probably asking to much for it.

Haha not really asking $350 everything else i looked at here in TX has been worse

It doesn't look too bad from the pictures, but there is probably some more serious rust in other places.

I would think it wouldnt be so bad since it has been sitting for a few years and the rust in the first pics is more than likely caused by not being covered would like more advice

Anyone else deal with rust like that? You think its worth buying?

If you have more pictures post em...it really depends on what you can do or are willing to do..see if you can get some better pics.

idk i think you should just keep looking, rust is going to be a pain in the a** later just hope for a rust-free shell..

Im going to go check it out in person he said the fender area is the worst spot in the car he said nothing rotting through if that the case its not that bad of a buy and belive it or not this is the best shell i found everything else has quarter damage and whatnot the body is nice and staright on this one i think a wire wheel and rust bullet should be good enough if nothing rotting through right?

Those pictures look fine. But take care of that rust.

Need more pictures to determine. but for $350 its fine, its a shell for under $500, beat it up.
