I have a '91 240SX with a SR20DET and ISIS Intake Manifold. Does anyone know of a vacuum hose diagram? My knowledge is limited.

Does it look like the ISR one? You might be able to contact them, although I would think the amount of vacuum coming off it would be pretty limited:

Brake booster and idle control valve should be the only major things. Everything else is secondary.

Thanks! I've emailed ISR support for help.

You can either upload them directly to NICO, or host them somewhere and post the links here. If you go to the full editor, there's an "attachments" tab below the message box. Click on that and you can attach files, or you can drag and drop into the message box.

Here are some pics of the fittings/hoses that I'm not sure about where to connect. There are 3 more fittings on the bottom of the intake manifold which think go to the wastegate, BOV and fuel regulator. Hopefully you can see these pics from the links below.

Pics loaded well.
I'm not sure where your very first one is located, so you may have to zoom out a bit on that one, but it looks like the coolant tube to me.
The 2 fittings at the throttle body are for coolant as well.
The 2 ports you have circled at the back of the intake are for the brake booster (bigger fitting... looks like you already have it hooked up), and then the next is just for whatever... personally I'd use it for the fuel pressure regulator, which brings me to my next point... it looks like your fuel rail is on backwards. Traditionally the fuel pressure regulator is on the firewall side, and your fuel return line goes on to the back of the fuel pressure regulator. There's also usually a barb/bulb fitting on the line where the fuel line goes on, as seen here:

The rest of the ports you've got that come directly out of the intake can be used for anything you need them for, or can be capped off.

Are these 2 ports for coolant too? My son and I thought they might go to the 2 ports at the throttle body.

Tough to tell. You can try putting a vacuum on the throttle body (with the throttle open) to see if you get vacuum through there, or you can just look at the lines to see if they are crustier than the rest of them. If they are crusty, then chances are they were for coolant.

I think this is a coolant line too. Just trying to figure where it would connected on the sr20det.

I need to know what port on the Tial wastegate to connect to the intake manifold. There are 2 open ports on the front facing the radiator, 2 barb connectors on the side and 1 barb connector on the bottom.

So do you think I can use the top air port to connect to the intake manifold and plug all of the rest?

Sounds like you'd want to use the side ports to be connected to a positive boost source... preferably from the charge piping. The top can either be left vented or connected to the suck side of the turbo.
Plug the rest of the air ports.
