Well, sounds like a good deal. Other than sitting for a while of course. Gonna have to make sure the gas is still good, check out the idle concerns (probably something simple as running ECU codes and doing maintenance, would most likely want to do a vacuum leak test for good measure) Also, add a good fuel system cleaner like Techron or 44K that is only available at the Nissan dealership, but good stuff. Maybe pull the fuel filter and air filter for replacement. Clean the throttle bodies with some throttle body cleaner and a toothbrush. Probably change the plugs if they haven't been done and verify gap sizes. And lastly just pull all the connectors and clean them and use dialectic grease on all the connectors.
That is usually what I do on a brand new Z that any of my friends purchase or bring by for me to check out.
