Possibly a bad FPR?

checked the MAFS signal, its getting just above 1V at idle, goes to about 2V when I blip the gas a tad. Thats seems about right to me

Swapped in a 5-speed R32 ECU and it cleared everything up, runs great now. Thanks for the help everyone

I wish I could, but my work week starts on Sunday will out there on Friday about noon or so, and prolly Saturday too. Should be pretty much done by then Im assuming.
