Possible turbo upgrades for s13 sr20det help please!!!!!!!!

sorry if this topic has been discussed before, but i looked it up and didn't find a solid answer. i now have a stock turbo that is blown, i am looking at my option for upgrades. 1/ what is the difference between a T25 and a T28?( hp? price? work? Parts?)2/What is the difference between a T3 and a T4? (hP? Price? work? Parts?)3/Are there any other options?

Also, there are about 3-4 active threads discussing turbos and power output right now. You may want to read up on those.
