Hi, i'm able to get a bluebird sr20det for really cheap, and i was wondering if there is any way i can make it fit using rwd sr20 parts. I'm already thinking it isn't possible, just hoping someone will say yes. I know the distributor will be in the way, so maybe i can use a rwd sr20 head, along with exhaust manifold, and anything else. I'm not sure if there is any provision for rwd motor mounts either, or if the blocks are the same. So, my question basically is, has anyone attempted to modify a bluebird sr to fit in an s13, or know if it is possible? Thanks.

It looks like the bluebird uses a distributor setup while the s13 uses coil on plug, the intake is wrong also, so if i swapped over a head and intake, ecu and wiring harness for coil-on-plug setup and rwd mounts would using a bluebird sr be possible?

It's been discussed, so hopefully you can find more info by looking, but they're different motors.
