possible sunroof option?

was sitting in my dads 99 frontier truck 4door and noticed that the sunroof latch and cover looks allmost same as my s13 240sx se roof... especially the latch maybe even cover ........ i haven't tried looking up part numers or test fit anything but was wondering if anyone has looked into this....
