Check it out.

Does this look like something that will work?

Please advise.

Keep in mind I already have steering mounted controls to use to control my iPhone, I just need an auxiliary port :D

Hi,I have an 02 F50 (Q45). I BELIEVE...we have the same radio setup, except your cd player is in front and mine is in the glove box.you will notice that the do not list uor model years.I tried, several things a couple of yrs age and nothing worked. we have a very different system.you might get on the F50/Q45 page and search there since, internally we have the same 'car'good luck!

Looks like it might work, but you'll be cutting into the harness.

Read the adapter threads in the Q45 Forum for the F50.

Of course, CD are still the best source for car audio, then satellite and digital radio, then MP3 or FM.

Cutting into the harness? I thought it would plug right in

And yes, I want an aux as I have the liquid aux iphone cradle and I sort of really like using the remote it comes with :D

Anyone else have any experience or input on this?

there's a how to post on this forum for adding an aux input for an ipod. All you need is a headphone extension from radio shack and you splice it into your tape player. Of course you have to do some soldering, but it's pretty easy. Costs like 10 bucks when all is said and done and works perfect.

Funny that no one even thinks of auxiliary ATF cooler!
