Hey have been browsing these forums for awhile now, mostly looking through SR20 topics because I have originally planned for an SR swap. It just so happens that I have run into a RB25 for a decent price.

The guy bought about 5 months ago for his S13, but recently had a kid. So he is selling it with some maintenance items (water pump, idler and tensioner pulley, timing belt and a complete gasket kit) for $1800

have searched and read up on the crank collar issue and hooking up a/c lines if I want to run a/c. I am just wondering if there is anything else I need to worry about? Thanks

P.S. - pictures

I agree with Carl, if your considering it now snatch it up. you cant lose money on that even if you resell it.

That motor looks to be in good condition really, and for $1800 you can't pass it up. Buy it and even if you dont think you can follow through with the swap, you can sell it to some sucker for $3000 shipped and make some money.

WAIT, now that I look closer, where is the upper wiring harness and ECU?

About the upper harness and ECU, the guy wasn't completely ready to show it yet, so he didn't have everything in the same location, but he does have it.

Anyway, I called and told him I am gonna get it. Now I just need to figure out how I'm gonna pick it up.

it's on a pallet you can get like 4 huys and pick it up. that is a great deal for the motor alone and your getting all those extra parts great find man.

Thanks for the replies, but I'm not worried about it. I know I will think of something.
