Possible Project car need input

Hey fellas....I just joined this forum because one of my friends and I are looking to start up a new project car and figured you would be the people to ask. We are thinking about taking a 240sx and dropping a Skyline engine and transmission into it. We were just wondering if any of you have done this or not, and how much work it would take. We have already found the 240 sx and the front clip from a Skyline ($2050). We were thinking of starting this project over this coming summer and possibly this winter break seeing as we have a month off. I know we are capable of the swap, but are just curious as to what you guys had to say about it if you had done it in the past. Just curious about engine fit, transmission drop, etc. This car is for my friend (he's selling his 99 Passat 1.8T for this project) and hopefully after its all done I am throwing either a CSC (centrifugal supercharger kit.....www.zzperformance.com) or Turbo kit (www.pfyc.com) on my 01 Grand Prix which should make for an interesting race between the two.

if you got the funds, the know how, and the room to do the project, by all means do it. Post pics so we can all oogle at.

Actually, my friend has the funds. And I wouldn't drive a civic if my life depended on it. I am a straight American car guy, but my friend loves imports.......and a Passat 1.8T is nowhere near comparable with a civic. It's an RB20DET engine (already bought along with the car). And before you go flaming away why don't you just try to help a guy out who has a goal set.
