I am looking to purchase a NIStune as this is what I chose I want to go with for tuning. I am wondering if anyone else is in the market for one of these currently and we could try and email them for a possible group by. Post a reply if your serious and I will try contacting them to see what they could do depending on the number of people we have. Thanks!

Im currently leaning towards the nistune route. However, Im not currently in the market at this time. If this is something that can be done in like the next 2 months...then Im down for sure. Its a good idea though!

I tired this once and had a couple people on board but the mods locked my thread because i didnt pay a sponsor fee. maybe you have better pull than me. I believe the nico mods are hypocritical on who they allow to setup group buys. so be carefully on how you go about setting this up.

Yep, the hypocritical mods stopped this one as well.

Look, we're not trying to give anyone a hard time here... just looking to protect our members and protect NICO's interests. I've been around long enough to know that a huge number of group buys turn out to be bad news for the buyers. We don't want to see members get scammed, so we require that all group buy ideas get permission from moderators. The moderator of the forum will decide if he feels the deal is trustworthy. Also, the moderator will determine if that group buy is a detriment to NICO's business and the sponsors who support us.
So, it may seem hypocritcal to the average user, but please understand that we manage the site with specific goals in mind, even though those goals may not always be clear to the members who are observing.
