Possible issues with my 2008 2.5 Coupe. Please help.

1. When i start my car it seems there is a whining noise coming from the left side of the car? What the heck is that? The noise then stops after like a second. No issues when driving the car.

2. Also when i start my car, i put the clutch in to start it. When i move the shifter to neutral and take my foot off the clutch the car moves. Why is my car moving, it isnt in gear and it doesnt stall.

Haha black, i know you were joking but that is just the thing.

My parking lot is flat, why am i rolling.

Also i drove my car several times yesterday. the car only made the noise and the moving thing only on first cold start up.
