You are incorrect, they do bolt directly to the head. The arrangement shown would not work if it bolted to the lower runners because they are not spaced evenly. Also, from the picture you can tell that the lower part of the ITB manifold is oval shaped, the top of the short runners is round. Lastly, the stock injectors fit to the lower runners, making the injector ports in these ITB runners useless, and 16 injectors is rather un-necessary in a high revving NA V8.ch187 wrote:they dont bolt to the head. they bolt to small runners. those runners bolted to the spider looking manifold. so it is pretty tall and not street able.
