I just put in my t28 into my s13 and I got an oil leak on the oil feed line off the block. I messed around with it for days with different copper washers before and after the banjo but it still leaks. Could it be that my turbo is clogged and oil wont go in? The return line is dry..

Is teh turbo new or used? A simple test is to take ur feed and see if oil is coming out of that. If so then i guess you could say that ur t28 is busted.

first thing I would do is see if anything goes through the oil feed line. It's possible there might be some coking in the line.

If the turbo is a used T28, there could be coking inside that. Pull the feed and return lines and poor oil through the feed hole and see if it comes out the return hole.

Both checks will unfortunately necessitate the removal of the turbo. While you have it out of the car, double check for shaft play and see if oil is passing the oil seals of the shaft.
