Possible ECM Problem

I have a 2001 Pathfinder . It has the following issues going on:

SRS (air bag) is blinking

Service Engine light is on but will not ouput any codes to my code reader nor does it even power the display on.

Power door locks and remote only work when key is in run posistion

Power drivers seat only works when key is in run posistion but power passenger seat works normally

Climate control unit resets back to 75 every time the engine is cut off and restarted.

The radiator cooling fan does not appear to be working.

The engine starts and runs fine and the automatic transmission is shifting correctly.

Has the Engine Control Module (ECM) gone bad or do I need to look at something else as the possible cause?
