POssible Diff PROBLEM ????

HEy guys,

whenever I downshift and punch it i head a POP noise like sometimes up with the dif. and when i up shift it happens sometimes too. Can anyone trouble shoot with this info ? btw its a S14

can you feel the pop or do you just hear it? when i shift up, i get a backfire pop from the exhaust.

I have an Apexi N1 catback it could be it.. its the first time ive driven the car really so im still new to itbut let me tell you with it being so low and well setup its hugs corners so nice

naw mine does the same thing. Nothing wrong with my diff, and I just drifted last night, before they towed my car away

lol we didn't follow our rule of drifting a spot for only 10 minutes then boning out...

mine does the same thing....S14 with LSD. and i know its not the exaust backfiring....i can feel it in the shifter. i dont know what it is either.
