Possible Boost Leak?

So I noticed as I was driving yesterday that my car would boost up fine up to 10 psi, which is what I have it set to, but once it reaches 10, if I keep on it at all it starts to drop, on my gauge the pressure dropped all the way down to 5 psi. So I thought maybe it was my boost controller, so I removed it and same thing happens, except that it drops from the stock 7 psi to about 4 psi. Is this because I have a boost or vacuum leak? Anybody have any thoughts? Thanks!

more than likely, im going through the same shyt, cant boost past 10lbs .after i inspect/agated every single silicone cupling i have going to my front mount i found out i needed like 3 new ones and i had a lil crush mark under my ic m a i n t a n e n c e is key il let you know when im pushin 12 again! gL
