possible boost leak?-help

info:s13 w/sr20 blacktop

im not sure if i have a boost leak but when ever i drive my car it will run great for a while but then when i go to leave from a dead stop the car will start to accelerate and boost will go up to 10(like usual) but the car wont move like normal-like its hesitating or something-and the sound of the turbo spooling gets louder than normal-and if i ease of the accelerator it starts moving better-any ideas?input would be appreciated

I'd check over something else, like the wastegate opening up...
