Just found out on the dyno that something is wrong with my car. It put down 280rwhp on 17 PSI on a mustang dyno!!!. Im currently running jwt 550bb. Boost leaks are fixed, timing is good, afr was around mid 11s, but no power. I will have some one check everything before i do anything im assuming the worst.

My question is if the turbos are gone, would it be better to replace the CHRA on the 550bb(gt2854) or rebuild/replace chra(gt2860rs and stick the t63 wheel on) a set of old hks 2530 that i have laying around. it makes sense to fix the hks for more power but idk if the cost and time would out weight the price to fix the 550.
mods
built long block with stock cams
full dual maf intake selin
stock pipes with greddy side mounts
msp mani,3in sz dp and tp to greddy evo exhaust
740cc nismo inj (all other fuel stuff is stock)
jwt eprom

Thanks for any input.

You'll obviously need a new eprom for the 2530s (great turbos btw) but it all depends on what you want, the 2530s will take a bit more to spool but they are really fun.

I know the hks will put down alot more power. im worried about how difficult it will be to fix them vs a simple chra replacement on the 550bb. how reliable will the hks will be after replacing the chra and wheel on them that almost like rebuilding them.

Well you'd have to get a HKS CHRA to replace the one in there now with the HKS wheel. Unless you have a couple million dollars worth of balancing machinery at your fingertips you wont be able to do the high speed balancing required for a BB chra. Since you're in Houston, hit up Kyle at IPP and see what he can hook you up with. He's a good dude and will help you out, hell he hooked me up with an insane deal on everything I got. call him up or go see him, he's got the old SGP car in the back, legend of the OG hooning times of H-Town.

If it's 17psi and only making that much, and you're reading the correct amount of boost, then there's something else wrong. Check compression. It's not a problem with the turbos if the boost is there.
