A buddy recently wrecked his 300 and the engines good, I've been considering buying it off him but I don't have the resources at the moment to get it all done but curious as to whether it's been done before and what not.

With the right amount of money anything is possible. Being this motor is RWD and the sentra is FWD, it would be damn near impossible and not worth the amount of money to do this.

You would be better off with the VG35 from a newer Maxima or Altima as that swap has already been done numerous times. You can always TC it afterward if you wanted.
