positive camber

I finally finished my coilover setup and 5lug conversion when I notice that the front right has really bad positive camber. I checked both of the front coilovers and they are assembled the same and adjusted the same; however, the front left is straight up and down. At this point my friend says the spindle was bent. I checked both front spindles and did'nt notice any difference except one was left and the other right. So my question is what could I have missed, or do other things influence camber???
