Alright i have been reading lots about both the SR and CA and i know sometime in the future i will be doing a swap. After all my reading i have descided on a CA, but now i have a couple questions. Along with my CA i want a silvia front end conversion for my ps13. So what i am really looking at is a complete half cut...front end, engine, fenders, wiring and so on. Is this completly unrealistic? if it isn't how much money am i looking at?thank in advance.

It's not unrealistic, it's just hard to find. Most companies will sell those item separatly. Trying to find a company that will sell you a front clip with body panels can be hard. I know that a company called flashoptions can do it, but they don't have the best reputation here. Good luck and welcome to the crazy world of the CA.

the problem is that in transit, big stuff like clips gets banged around so the body panels don't end up in such good shape. so much companies end up taking em off before they ship and they sell them seperately...there are plenty of silvia front end conversions going for around 750 each, I know zilvia.net had a group buy on them that still might be on.

Do the conversions you are talking about come with... Fenders, Hood, Bumper, Lights, and Grill?

I got mine from JARCO for about a grand. It came with EVERYTHING. I didn't have to buy anything to make it work. All I had to do was some minor wiring.

nice i was worried the prices people were quoting me on the boards were for the front bumber only but thats good i heard lots of good things about JARCO when i gather up the funds i will talk to them. Another thing, is jarco a sponser of 240sx.org, or the nico boards, should i be mentioning that i heard of them through here jsut for that reason?

go check the group buy's section of zilvia.net...we had a group buy not along ago for like 850 and a lot of people got front ends and were very happy with them, they were complete. I almost got one myself but shipping was gonna drive it up out of the cash I had on hand.
