Posi quiet brake pads

2011 M37X. I got posi quiet pads CE105.13460 for the front. The OEM pads are a completely different look and shape! Has anybody put these? I think the websites have a wrong part number.

Is the brake pad backing plate (to the friction material) the same shape and size as the OEM pad? I have seen the friction material be different but the brake pad plate needs to be the same.
