What do you guys think about simply gasket match ports and deburring. Would this even be worth the effort or even as far a polish. Idea of possible gains(dyno proven) Just looking into it, im kind of waiting to order/find... all the rb20 parts i need!

Also, with the ceramic turbine being the issue with the r32 turbo would jet hot ceramic coating be a bad idea. I really just hate to put a rusty ole manifold on my clean motor. NOT saying im more form than function its just......rusty...

I say ceramic turbine issue becaue if im not mistaken fails because of tooo high temp. The coating would increase the temp. inside the manifold although probly lower intake charge. Who knows maybe ill just do it and see what happens I got to get a rb25 one eventually anyway. I would imagine it would be great for that application.

Port matching is always a good idea. Ceramic coating the exhaust manifold is also a good idea. It helped with my underhood temps quite a bit.

alot of work for minimal gain, stock manifold is pretty decently matched as is.

My rb25 came with a near perfect turbo manifold port match. But it had cast lines on the inside that I took a Mirco grinder to... Trashed it when the part that merges into the turbo flange got a big crack...
