I doubt you would see any gains on a stock to semi-stock engine. Hate to burst your bubble, but the most you should do is clean up some of the rough casting in the side walls and gasket/ port match the manifols and head to help with flow.
hmmm, was it a silver s13 hatch, with an sr20det?DroptopDrifting wrote:heh, off topic but my ex is in state college she goes to penn state. when i was down there visiting we stopped at a pep boys and i saw something very nice sittin there cooling down via turbo timer..... you happen to know what i'm talkin about stylepointzz?
sorry bro..your a tad wrong here..on the exuast side its useless if its not on the track...but the intake side can benifit some from a polishing..allthou you wont be able get the full bennifits unless you built up the top end some..cams springs and such...having more air fly down your intake is allways a good thing...with a good polish on the inside of the runners "intake manny and head" could result in some gains of done rite.Airmanspecial wrote:i agree with above, plus polishing is kinda usless if this car isnt being used on the track, it will just get covered up with carbon/soot soon after anyway
