As part of its "Thank You" campaign, Porsche plastered the names of one million of its closest Facebook friends onto a hot rod.

Awesome. Good luck finding your name in there. I wonder if that "campaign" is a worthwhile use of their time and energy. If you're already a fan, it's not like you can be more of a fan. Still neat though.

Well it's just a vinyl wrap job on a car (shrug)

How about they give me the keys to a Porsche of my choice for a month as a 'thank you' ? :gapteeth:

Even the Cayenne sounds great, and with all sorts of locking differentials is a stout performer off-road with the right tires.

The Panamera manages to be even worse in person.

Even a lowly 924? It made a 240sx look fast... :)

The Panamera does look like a pregnant turtle from some angles, but it's not bad from other angles. .

Agree to disagree Greg.
I think the Panamera is FUGLY!
Porsche has always been about a performance platform.
The Cayenne could pull it off, but the panamera is some kind of deformed bastard child of a 911 and a......... Kia Rio?
No matter how much I try, I can't has to like it much.

The Panamera is like a sports car the whole family can enjoy. Plus, it still tracks nice; particularly the top end turbo version. I would definitely spend my $100K+ dollars elsewhere(CTS-V), but it's a good car. I don't even think it's that ugly. Looks a little strange, maybe, but not ugly.

ebay also did this on a NASCAR stock car they sponsored late last year, with usernames. I'm on there somewhere but I can't even find pictures of the promotion anymore. gay.
