Its a common thing for them to go out. What you can do is get some from the junkyard or just use the manual screw thats under the cap next to the head light, on top of the head light motor. And raise them up for the time being.Hope that helps!

probably more trouble than its worth. go to a dealership or courtesy nissan parts if you cant find them at a junkyard.

most of the time there is no testing parts at a yard unless you bring your own battery there. Even then just buy them and they should cost much not to mention some places let you return within a certain number of days.

no. just verify that the circuits are good. if the circuits are good then the motor is good.

Tell your parents that there was a recall on that front end due to sucking. And that the replacement is a super TyTe jdm front with hid's..but they have to pay for it.. That's just the rules.

Thanks Simmode.

I fail to see why there needs to be power involved in the equation. If a circuit (be it a light bulb or electrical motor) carries an ohm load, its good.

why worry about having power?

Every now and again someone sells them on ebay. I'd check there if the junkyard doesn't have any. Or you could just get rid of the stock headlights all together and get some fixed ones.

Why don't you check to see if the 30amp fuse under the hood is good first?

ROTFLMAO Check craigslist. A lot of times you can buy the entire headlights etc for next to nothing because someone else decided to front end swap etc.

search google, or this site for a factory service manual (FSM) for your year. that should tell you what the pinout or wiring is for your headlights. then use the continuity setting on the multimeter and make sure that the wires that should carry current actually do carry current.
