Popup Ads, and misc. car stuff

Alrighty its time to rant again. Popup ads really piss me off, you wouldn't believe it. It sucks to go to web pages, have sh!te installed to your computer without you even knowing it and then have a plethora of popup ads come up everytime you hit the @$*&in back button on your browser. Another good reason to move up to a real OS. Linux, I'm coming back, soon.

Secondly, auto part stores suck hard. I can't believe I have to wait until the 11th to get my intake manifold gasket, and then go back to the same store on the 14th to get my accel plug wires. Hmm...something seems wrong with that to me. I was really expecting to get all of that done today or tomorrow. Well I guess removing my butterflies can wait for a few days.

BTW, can someone tell me what the adverse effects of removing the butterflies are? I know theres a 6hp increase, but then again theres the whole rough idle thing. Can someone clear this up for me? And if you're gonna turbo your motor, do you want to have those in, or not?

You need two things:

Get either Ad-ware at http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/

or Spybot at http://security.kolla.de/index...nload

Either one of these programs will search your harddrive for those annoying programs that get loaded through shareware or websites.

Then download Pop-Up Stopper at http://www.panicware.com/

Got it (ad-aware), and I have a firewall set up that supposed to stop pop-ups. But it obviously isn't. I'm still really worried about the butterflies f*in something up. Don't get me wrong I have full faith in myself, I just don't know if removing them will create more problems than it solves. Time to search harder.
