can anybody provide any input? the goal is 350-450WHP with stock internals. also looking for something that would be as compatible with stock components as possible (water cooled, internal gate, etc)

lol.

why shoot for 450whp on stock internals? I mean yes you can do all that, but don't you want to make a strong motor even stronger? If you've got the money to buy a huge turbo- go ahead and get the pistons/cams/etc. etc. and a good mid-size to large turbo.

and fuel upgrades. Lots of fuel upgrades.

Why would you upgrade internals for 350-450whp? Waste of money. You're looking at $3.5k min for a full rebuild.

A GT30r would get you there and a standalone, inj's etc etc etc etc is a must . But you not going to find much that's compatible with stock components.

wastegate and tune. you'll probably need to modify your stock manifold also.

Run a fresh oem headgasket and head studs. Personally I wouldn't even bother with either unless going over 450whp. My head isn't lifting spiking 20psi with a 62-1 /t3.

I'm around the middle of your range with mine, but it's a lpretty laggy for only 400'ish whp. I'm going TO4R as soon as I can track one down. That's on a stock motor. Your fine with 450-500hp atf on a stock motor with a good tune. You'll need:

TurboManifoldWastegate (depending on the turbine)Standalone ECU (Power FC, V-Pro, etc)injectorsFuel Pump Fuel Pressure RegulatorZ32 MAFClutchSomeone to install/tune

Yeah, if you get used parts where applicaple, you could do it for around 2-3k, but new, 3-5k.

Takiie!

I'd like to have it rebuilt. I was able to find some pistons, conrods, valvetrain etc but, can the rb25 crank hold 600+ rwhp?

Yes the RB crank is forged...look around your area I'm sure there's a few RB25's pushing those numbers.
