This is what it sounds like when your driving it sometimes and even when you go over bumps in the road but even then it sometimes doesnt do it 100% of time. The shocks feel great all the way around still.

But you can hear a popping/snapping noise when taking off or hitting an occasional bump. It only does this sometimes but often enough. The noise is coming from directly under me somewhere, at least I think. The first thing I thought of was crappy U Joints.

Any other idea of what this could be before I bring it in to my mechanic early next week??

tie rod ends could be your trouble as well

i have the same problem...its like whenever you go over a bump or let off the throttle and get back on real fast it makes the noise. i just cant find what it is. Its almost like its a transfer case mount or a transmission mount

well if it clunks when u pump the gas pedal...its a driveline clunk...usually the diff is loose. mine does that. if its int he suspension my best bet is stabilizer links and ball joint...if worn out it will clunk. my pathy also does that.
