first off i just reinstalled all my suspension components onto my s14, i had a very noticable popping sound coming from the f. passenger side and the r. driver side, i got rid of the rear noise by tightening the preload springs so i decided to do it to all corners. the noise up front still exists and occurs when i go over a speed bump and when i come to a stop.

all my parts are aftermarket. CUSCO everything.

BTW the parts arent even 4 months old.

havent seen a lower radius bar... as far as the springs turning, also check your uper pillow ball joint. make sure it is smooth, try to find out what is popping, that will help to find the soulution
