Poping after Aftermarket suspention put on

So, i finaly got my illuminas w/ H&R springs. Well, as i first drove the car i noticed a poping sound. My friend which helped me put it on told me that it would go away. So, I said ok. Today, i got my alignment done, get my car and drive it. It rides alot better. Now when i turn i hear the poping noises even louder and an almost ping. I had my roommate turn the wheel to where it does that and back and fourth on where it makes the noise. I found that it is my spring sticking a little bit. Should i take the spring and readjust it? Should i just leave it until it stops? What should i do?
