Pop up lights

I am trying to find out the wiring on the pop up headlight system. A day ago my lights will go down, but they won't go up when you turn on the headlights. I went ahead and checked the grey relay under the engine fuse box passenger side. I have power to 3, and 6, but no power from 1 to 2 I have checked all the other relays and they still work fine. Anyone have any idea why I would be getting power to that section of the relay? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

is it yur relay? maybe its broke. i had an oopsie with my battery one time and it ended up welding all of my relays in the open/on position. i couldnt turn off my foglights and stuff without pulling the relays. maybe yur relay broke in the off position. id test the relay to see if it switches properly, it may need to be replaced.

Alright update have no power to 4th h/l ret cont relay on prong one when lights are on. It is also connected to the headlamp timer and the diode, but I have no power to the orange wire when I turn the headlight switch on. Headlight switch is new also.
