Pop-up lights....

alright, my drivers headlight retracts, but wont open up, i switch the button, the passenger one lights up and opens, but the drivers stays in place, and clicks, and i checked the motor, hot as hell !!. now the bumper is new, but some idiot hit it, and it dosent sit straight, maybe a half inch off, the light closed sometimes falls behind the bumper, but i dont think the bumpers holdin the light back, what can i do, the motor works, cuz it closes normally, then i jus have 2 manually open them with the adjusment thing
