Pop-up headlights

Hello to all, When i turn my headlights on ,either with the pushbutton switch, or the twist on on the column, the right side comes up, but not the left until like 5 minutes later. When I shut them off, the right one goes down immediately, but the left one stays up for hours.Sometimes it stays up, and sometimes it goes down on it's own. 1993 Nissan 240 SX Fastback.

iv never had this happn to me before, but to me it sounds like the left headlight motor is going out or you have a bad ground conection.
