pop up headlight problem

1990 240sx driverside headlight wont go down passengerside does. what can i do i pretty sure they both run off the same relay so wouldnt both not go down if there not working. i know the motor still has to work because when i was comming home i turned my headlights off and they both went down now since i turned them on i cant get the driverside to go down.

i think you have some headlight relays on your intake side......right under the stock intake

make sure its not caught on anything, and maybe try manualy turning it's knob.not sure if they're on separate relays or not, my driver side fender is nudged over a wee bit. Some times when i put the lights down, the driver side pops back up and goes back down on it's own.

ya i have manually put them down and they will go up when i turn lights on but not back down after i turn the lights off today on my way home from work i thought i would push the button so that the lights go down and it did i have been keeping them both up cuz my car looks retarted with only one up now i dont want to turn the lights on to see if it goes back down cuz i hate the lights up

im having the same problem, accept neither one will go back down, i snagged a few more relays while in a junkyard today. they don't seem to work either

i tried switching the relays around there is power to make them go up but no down on the driverside what controlls this is there a wiring digram of what each color or wire does for the bottom of the relay box
