I know that companies like East Bear make headlight pods to replace the pop-up headlight, but I am looking for a pod that just replaced the large square headlight inside. I've searched on the threads and online but haven't had luck. Is there anyone that has got these headlights from a company or knows where to find them? Does anyone have a process for making your own w/ fiberglass and such? Thanks a bunch.

I think clearcorners.com had some, but they're very expensive, but look sweet.

Thanks for the link! Those would do great but i think it's in house instalation only. I live in CO and thats quite a drive to Burbank, CA for some headlights.

if you just want replacement, just go on ebay and search for it....

I have these but be warned, they look like ****, by that I meant the beam pattern is all over the place

Get the Bosch ones from PDM if you want regular looking replacements. I hear they have a great beam pattern and are of high quality.

Alright, I mostly browse these forums and don't say much but I figured I help you out. If you like the clearcorners.com headlights, it is possible to replicate them on your own for about 1/8th the cost. If you want the HID version, that's also possible but requires double the money and 3x the effort. My advice to you is to head over to zilvia.net and search for "Halo lights" and you'll find most of what you need to get started. That's where I started about 8 months ago and got most of my ideas. I fabricated an entirely custom headlight bucket out of 18 gauge steel, retrofitted the modules for D2S HIDs and I'm now about to mount them up and fab up the wiring harness. (I've only been working on it bit by bit, however.)

If you read the zilvia.net thread, you'll see that this is a time intensive project that will require a fair amount of research to do the right way. If you have questions AFTER you've done that, I'll see what I can do to help you out. No offense but it took many months of web scouring and planning to get things together and I'd rather not just hand all that over on a silver platter so that everyone has the same headlights as me!
