pop up head light question !!! can anyone help me?

i have a 1990 240sx i'm having problems with my pop up lights first i had a problem with the left hand side one i had a loose screw that was obstructing the light going all the way up well i fixed that and now i'm having trouble with the right hand side one when i turn the switch on it doesnt come up till after a while or what i have to do is pop the hood and play with the little spinner thing on top of the pop up motor to make it work and when it works it goes up a little bit slower than the other light and it makes a not normal sound at first i thought that it was because over here its really cold and i thought maybe the motor is frozen but now is doing at anytime even when is a lil warm outside ANY IDEAS IN HOW TO FIX IT??? MAYBE IS JUST THE MOTOR THAT NEED TO BE REPLACED?

then do you guys know a way to adjust the travel distance of the pop up light because the left one is goes down but it goes down too far and it gets a lil bit below the bumper and it looks weird when i have them close

take the cover off the headlight, and ull see a arm going down connected to the motor. just pull on the arm and it pops off, and twist the tips and tighetn the nut behind it. but its in the opposite direction, lengthen it until you have clearance from ur bumper
