Obviously Hella or brands like that are better but these look pretty good quality. What do you guys think of these?

I know the actual bulb has alot to do with it too.

I want a glass housing not the cheap plastic. These look glass and dont look cheap regardless if they are cheap. i like the look of the typical h6054 bulb that we use.

Opinions lets hear them.
anyone used this brand or type? How's the spread? Focus? Its the angle between high and low good?

Just stick with Hella.

Those don't look like typical E Code flutes (or whatever the beam shaping textures are called).

Taken from 94_240sx's thread. Nope those aren't projectors. Those are H4 bulbs.

Well yeah if I were looking to buy housings that cost 170 for the pair sure. But what I was wondering is has anyone used the ones I linked in my original post? Sure If I were looking to spend 250 on a set of headlights then absolutely a brand like that. But 250 can go towards other things other then a light bulb for me. Like a new ac compressor or something like that its 40$ for the headlight housing and another 35 for Sylvania silver star bulbs.

My car needs a paint job before a 250$ set of headlights. Thats like someone buying kouki tails without having a transmission in there car. Its a** backwards.

Search ebay for AUTOPAL. I have them, they are great, real glass, no problems. I think they are $55 for a pair.

Whoops sorry, I thought you were in the HELLA budget. If you're on a tight budget, a decent sealed beam should cover it. I just use Sylvania replacements from autozone and they work great :gapteeth:
