Pop charger, ztube, exhaust... g35 '03 sedan. Suggestions?

I have about 200 dollars now, and I'll be getting another 700 somewhat in the near future.

I have an '03 sedan.

Is the pop charger + z tube worth it? (It's like a 6 hp increase, right?) and are there any places where I can hear the sound change it makes?

Is the typhoon intake from K&N more worth it (I think it claimed about 11 hp increase at redline..)

A stillen sedan exhaust is around 500, and a 5/16 plenum spacer is about 250.

First, are these worth it? And secondly, will I have to get the ECU (the computer monitoring it, I assume) "reflashed" for them to be worth it at all? What is "reflashing"?

Thanks a ton, I'm new to a lot of this, I've been driving it stock for ages.
