i have just recently bought a 92 240sx se, it runs fine drives and everything, but in teh mornings i have to let it run for about 15 min for it to run correctly, it feels like a lot of power is going somewhere, just not to the ground. and also seems to missing when i get on it, kind of like a sputter noise. im going to get some new spark plugs and wires tomorrow so i hope that will take care of some of it. i know it has alot of more potential then its giving me what can i doo.

that sounds exactly like my problem.

Everyone has told me to replace the coolant temp. sensor and to check the codes.

so u mean that it's ok after it warms up to operating temp?

check codes 1st to see if that cts or any other sensor is "read by the ecu"...
