:inoutgay: Hey NICO members, FNG here. I have a stock base model champagne '95 240SX that I've owned since August. Very excited to start upgrading.. If only I can solve this brake issue!!

Since I've owned the car I've had poor brakes, the front calipers were seized up causing my rears to wear out very fast.. Yadda yadda in the last 2 weeks I've put remanufactured calipers in the rear and 1994 Q45 dual piston calipers up front, as well as an S13 master on, I also replaced the booster with a used one from someone local. I've completely bled the system (I work at a Nissan dealership so all the handy stuff is available) and can't seem to get any pressure, the pedal goes down to the floor, but all 4 calipers are grabbing once it gets there.

Does anyone have any insight to this? Common S14 problems? I'll be happy to answer questions for anything I didn't touch on. Thanks! -Nick

Did you hand bleed the master on the bench before installing? Are the bleeders on the calipers at the top or bottom of the caliper?

Yes^^ Bleed the MBC on the car, "bench bleeding" not necessarily have to do it on the bench by the way. You'd just have to find a 10mm hardline or flared adapter if there is not bleeder screw on the MBC, bleed both the front and rear back into the reservoir.

It could also be that your booster that you have is bad
It could also be that you didn't hook up the vacuum line of the booster, or it's not a tight seal.
It could be your MBC is shot.

You should also upgrade the MBC to a larger one, an 1" or 17/16" should be good since you have a 2 piston front set up. Most guys go with the 1" z31 or 17/16" Z32 which is the one I am rocking since I have the full Z32 set up.

Good luck ~
