Maybe a wheel bearing?

Does it make the noise when the car is stopped and you load the suspensions (kinda jump up and down on that wheel)?

Yeah try jacking th ecar up and turning that wheel by hand and see how it sounds. Is it hard to turn?I had a bad wheel bearing on my car before. An easy job assuming you have a press.

Beano/Pepto and a steam cleaner should solve your problems.Sorry, couldn't let that one go.

I would definitely stop driving the car and inspect it. Jack up the rear end and check for any loose parts in the suspension/brakes. If you can actually feel it, it seems dangerous.

i did just jack the car up and found that my tire has like 2 big air bubbles or w/e you call it in it.. maybe the cause of the bumpiness but. thats not the cause of the noise..

Blown struts? What kind of suspension is on the car. With the car off jack/stands. Push down on the back (as if your checking stiffness), is it making the noise?

Yes, but you said it does it when the car is stopped right? And you said it wasn't hard to turn the wheel when it was on a jack, correct? Any noises from pushing down on the back of the caR?

If you jack up the car and the wheel wobbles its your wheel bearing. the sound when stopped is maybe the weight shifting

well it doesnt really seem to wobble maybe i didnt turn it enough. i mean the tires it self does seem miss shaped but probably becuase their are two huge air bubbles on the inside of the tire doesnt look good.

Hmm, it's not rubbing on anything yeah?Make sure all the bolts for everything are tight and torqued.Lug nuts, strut bolts/nuts, caliper bolts. Etc

can the calipers be makign that noise? cause i know that my rear calipers are seized i had to tighten the piston all the way down just to put new brakes on . and my e brake hardly works. like the handle has to be pulled all the way up for it to barely hold..
