Was a little bored today so decided to check out Pepboys for some odds and ends......really only needed a new large square drainpan with spout that I use when I do D/F of ATF....I threw the last one in the trash as I was too lazy to clean it in the winter! I couldnt resist picking up 2 Purolator Pure One oil filters at $5.49 each, even though I still have 4 genuine 15208-60u00 filters left in my stash- it is just such a fantastic filter {99.9% efficient} for soo little money- as usual, i opened each box to examine the filter before taking it to the register......and sure enough some scoundrel had placed a regular purolator filter in one of the boxes{no doubt he put the pure one in the regular box and bought it for a steal} ALWAYS check to be sure, as the employee said it happens frequently to both Pure Ones and M1 filters!!!!

I like shopping at The Peps for car chemicalz - They have a better assortment than most other chains.

Also, their selection of Chinese-made mopeds and scooters is unsurpassed...

hard to blame them for the low-life customers who do the old switcher-ooo. I agree they have good deals on stuff, as long as you never allow them to put a wrench to your car or buy anything other then brands you know.

That is cool, I switched over to Amsoil which I get for 10.99 a quart from a local guy, but they carry all the big brands. Their prices aren't that wonderful all the time but they have good sales.
