Hear Hear! THe Aero kit is more my stelo... But for now I really want the roof spoiler.jamesmost wrote:i like the kit, but jjust want the roof spoiler, the kit adds weight to the car,my GT musyang was slower than the same year LX 5.0 cause it was 350 lbs heavier, the plus is high speed aerodynamics
What-ever Wes! That's why you have bungied your airbox. Your car would look so good with the Implul kit! I'll let you see mine when it's done and painted.elwesso wrote:Personally i think that the Q looks perfect with just some tint and some nice wheels.....

I agree. Would I like to have one? Sure. Would I want to spend $1500 (what the last one I saw on eBay go for), plus another 1500 for shipping, painting, and installing? No way. I'm a big fan of spending money for things that make the car go faster and / or handle better. Anything outside of that is useless to me. Just personal opinion. You want to organize a group buy, lets see if Eibach will make a new batch of springs for the 90-96 cars. How many orders you think we'd need? Hell, maybe I'll call 'em. Anybody in (besides me)?DrewQ45 wrote: For me, a kit has no function and will add weight to the car... Most will probably require an entire paint job to look right since these are not new cars we're dealing with. Overall they serve no real purpose and are therefore not worth the big $$$ you surely will pay.
"Expense vs. resale" isnt really an issue for Q owners. Its money going into -what-.AZhitman wrote:Until these "JDM" bodykit companies pull their collective heads outta their collective a$$ses and realize that NO ONE with a lick of sense is gonna drop $3-6K on a bodykit for a car that's worth $3-$8K no matter HOW good it looks.
They need to take a hint from the 240sx crowd. Some of the nicest kits for the 240 run under $1K.
And before someone says it, NO, you don't "get what you pay for" when it comes to bodykits. I have the proof sitting in my garage....

I have seen the I30t spoiler (like the one below) on a G50 and it looked OK. It was on the same car that had the Impul kit, even. I think it was from Australia.
I agree -anything else looks tacked on.MattB wrote:I like the OEM touring package spoiler.
