Bud, I have the master set on my car, both top and bottom.
Things I noticed about them was that the back end is quite a bit more responsive. If I want it to step out it's just that much easier. I have blasted down a local twisty course and I experienced alot less wheel hop in the corners and the car "feels" more responsive in the rear. Some might feel it more than others, as is the case with anything. I haven't really taken them to the track to see for any gains there but I know from other people's experience that spacers help alot with solving some of the wheel hop issues on the launch.
It's not a miracle fix but for the small price I think they are WELL worth it, plus they are around the same price as the polyurethane whiteline units and a ton easier to install than the Whiteline bushings.
