I've been drifting on 615s for about 2 years now, but got new rims, so new tires are in line. I want to go with falken again since they pass all my standards, but a friend of mine said the DZ1 will surpass what the azenis can do. I have no experience with the DZ1, only DZ101 which are no where near azenis.

So i was just wondering if they are comparable, not even close, or much better then the other. input please. thanx.

I have no experience with the dunlop but I know the Bridgestone REO-1's beat out the 615's in testing but cost twice as much for only slightly more grip

ehh thats what i'd say, i don't know much about the dunlops but most have liked the 615s. They grip really good, but they are known to get greasy on hot days after extended use...

Really?? I've never heard anyone actually do that and eliminate the problem. I mean yea it will cool the tires down but when they get greasy, they stay greasy. I'm assuming your saying do that after every run??

If that works, i learned something new, haha.

i used to do that for AutoX after every run. it deff cooled em down, maybe not so much the "greasy". i was assuming when you said greasy, you meant hot. All i know is it deff helped the performance all around when i sprayed em.

They are both low line tires, but the Direzzas on a heavier car are shot at 10K.
