Polishing Plenum how to?

I want to polish my upper plenum how wouuuld i do this???

Maine...You know better than to tell the new people things like that...Half of them probably already ran out and blew their motors when they first saw that thread ;)

The only way to polish the inside of the intake plenum is to use either an extrude hone method, or to use a polighing wheel on the end of a flew attachment to a dremel or air polisher.

The out side of the plenum is the one i want to do????

SOa ll you are looking for is a polished look?I thought you were looking for a horsepower gain by polishing the inside.

The outside is easy.Just use a polishing wheel on it.

haha oh...i thought he meant polishing it inside too...

not that sand in ur oil would do that...

polishing the inside sounds pretty boring and tedious to me...just like sanding any other sort of super smooth surface...just very fine sanding material and hours....

but the outside? i suppose just get some chrome polish or somethin like that...de-grease it and polish like hell

Mother's Chrome Polish works well.
